The Aurora Development Corporation worked with FedEx Freight this past year to complete an expansion project in the Woodard Subdivision, nearly doubling the size of operations located just west of Love’s.

The Aurora Development Corporation sold several housing lots and helped FedEx Freight expand its operations near the I-80 intersection during the past fiscal year while also revamping internal operations by hiring its first-ever executive director.
Those were among the highlights reported Oct. 20 by President Wade Regier, who reviewed the challenges and successes of the past year during ADC’s 56th annual meeting.
