AC Red wins two in final week of action

Through most of the Aurora Legion COVID Series, any time the Pinnacle Bank White team made a move, Aurora Cooperative Red’s was bigger. That held true through the final two games last week.

AC Red wins Aurora Legion COVID Series

Even with a couple games to play, the COVID Series is already in hand. With its 8-4 win at Mitchell Field Sunday, the Aurora Cooperative Red team won the Aurora Legion COVID Series over Pinnacle Bank White, now leading the series 4-1 with two games left on the slate.

Aurora Coop Red extends COVID Series advantage

Strikeouts were a problem for Aurora’s two Legion baseball teams Sunday afternoon. In all, the two teams combined for 27 strikeouts as the Aurora Cooperative Red team picked up an 8-4 win over Pinnacle Bank White in the fourth game of the COVID Series.
