He was born the oldest of 3 children on June 18, 1949 to Ben and Alma (Gustafson) Wall of Henderson.   He gave his life to the Lord sitting on the piano bench singing with his mother.   He grew up on the family farm north of Henderson.   He graduated from Henderson High School in 1967.
Marcellus married Joyce Kliewer in September 1970.  They were blessed with over 50 wonderful years together and 4 children, Melissa, Daren, DeeAnn, and Karla.
Marcellus always loved farming together with his father and son and remained a farm boy at heart his entire life, including raising hogs for over 40 years.   He enjoyed collecting and restoring vintage farm tractors and attending shows with them, but most importantly he enjoyed spending time with his family.   Marcellus attended Stockham Community Church.
