Sharon Atkins

Sharon Atkins, age 69, of Aurora, passed away Monday, June 5, 2023, at home.

Sharon Louise Atkins, the daughter of Gene C. and Patsy A. (Nye) Atkins was born at Alliance, on February 10, 1954, and passed away in Aurora, on June 5, 2023, at the age of 69.
Sharon grew up in Alliance and Santa Ana, CA and graduated from Los Amigos High School in 1972.
Sharon never married but has two daughters: Wendy Corley and Aaliyah Atkins.
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents Gene and Patsy Atkins, grandparents Bernard and Mildred Nye and sister, Vickie Eman.
Those who remain to cherish her memory are her daughters, Wendy Corley of Lakewood, CO and Aaliyah Atkins of Kearney, sisters, Norma Glenn of Troutdale, OR, Jeanie Norton of Ainsworth, Mary Atkins of Lincoln and Patricia Brutus of Lincoln.  She is also survived by a grandson, two great- grandchildren and aunt Jean Langston of Columbia, MS.
