Lady Storm pushed defending champs to the limit
High Plains volleyball made history Saturday, taking the floor in a district final for the first time ever.
The Lady Storm proved it belonged on center stage, pushing defending state champion BDS to the wall before ending its season at 19-12. Just two weeks after being swept by the Lady Eagles, High Plains lost in four competitive sets, 22-25, 22-25, 25-20 and 20-25.
