Street repairs approved in Hampton

Hampton Village Board members approved a series of planned street repair projects Monday during a brief monthly meeting, the first of the new year.
Utility Supt. Chris Friesen reported that a number of projects requiring cement work need immediate attention, thus he sought and received bids from Ott Concrete Construction in Aurora. The board reviewed the list and voted unanimously to approve Ott Concrete’s bid in its entirety.
