Jingle Bell Fun Run participants brave the elements to complete the course

The weather for Saturday's second attempt at the Come Home for Christmas Jingle Bell Fun Run was not a whole lot better than two weeks ago when the event was first postponed. The downtown streets had a dusting of snow and the flakes continued to fall throughout the race, temperatures were in the mid teens , but at least there was much less wind.
The winner was UNK student Evan Hermanson who completed the snowy course in 18 minutes, 30 seconds. Watch for full results in this week's ANR.
