One-act team performs student-written play
The plan for a veterans memorial park in Hampton includes a stamped concrete plaza, statues and flag poles for the American Flag and flags for each branch of the service. It is to be located in a vacant lot just south of the city hall.

Carol Robotham of Marquette as she appeared in her unform as a WAC during WWII. She served most of her time on the boardwalk in Atlantic City, N.J., working as a clerk typist.
