Standing up for school counselors in Nebraska

Dear Editor:In Mr. Lippincott’s editorial published March 5th, I was disappointed to see another attempt to replace school counselors with school chaplains. I was surprised because the wording of the bill, LB 549, doesn’t specifically target this occupation.
