Small rural communities and young adult singles -- are they compatible

I have observed something over the years. Aurora is a great place to raise a family. People move to town, start a family, raise the family, kids graduate then move away, only coming back when they, themselves are ready to raise their new family; and the cycle repeats.

Securing a source of healthy and fresh food can be an issue if a community doesn’t have nearby resources. Justin Carter with the Center for Rural Affairs has been working on ways to help both farmers and the areas they work with to find solutions to this issue.
