Bound for the State Fair

Growing up I never participated in fair activities beyond eating fried food and hopping from ride to ride. The concept of showing animals was beyond me because I lived in town so I just assumed that you couldn’t. As I got older I never joined FFA or 4-H for the same not solid logic.

A bargain hunter’s dream

I have always been what many people would call a thrifty person. Growing up it was all about sale racks, thrift shops and garage sales. With five siblings it was the smartest way to shop, but as I got older I began to appreciate all that a person can find with a little bit of looking.

Tattoos: an artistic form of expression

There are many things in life that are painful and for the most part, we all do our best to avoid them. But at certain points, you find something that hurts and you say, “Let’s do that again.” This was my logic when I decided to get my three tattoos.
