Village Square moving soon across square to former Cottonwood Gallery location

The Village Square retail cooperative is moving out of its current location on the east side of the downtown square in the coming weeks to the former Cottonwood Gallery & Arts location on the south side of the plaza due to a change in building ownership. Local artist to showcase exhibition at Cottonwood Gallery

Aurora’s Cottonwood Gallery & Arts is set to welcome an exhibition by local artist Madison Vetter. The exhibition, titled “Collected Works of Honest Fiction,” is a collection of mixed-media art done by the local, most of which aim to focus on the layers behind humans and society.

A big milestone for the heart of the art culture in Aurora is coming to fruition in the form of Cottonwood Gallery & Arts’ first ever juried art show.  The event will welcome over 20 different artists from all over Nebraska, as well as visitors to the gallery, April 7 from 5-8 p.m.

Both locals and visitors to the town of Aurora will be able to check off one place on the Nebraska Passport Program list by visiting Cottonwood Gallery and Arts.
