Huskies misfire in late-game loss to Grand Island Northwest

Vikings snap Aurora’s five-game win streak

Over the course of its five-game win streak, Aurora has excelled on money downs and late-game situations. Grand Island Northwest bested Aurora Friday at its own game. 
The Vikings made the short 30-minute trip across the Platte and used a late-game touchdown to defeat the Huskies 36-29 Friday night. 
Aurora coach Kyle Peterson pointed out after the game that the Huskies made too many errors in critical locations, costing them a win over a big rival.
