Explosive plays and lockdown defense helped Aurora send out a message to the rest of Class B -- watch out for the Huskies. 

Aurora totaled more than 500 yards of offense as the Huskies defeated Scottsbluff 54-3 Friday night in the opening round of the Class B playoffs. 

The Huskies scored on plays of 62, 64 and 56 in the first quarter while totaling nearly 350 yards of offense in the first half alone, taking a 40-3 lead to the locker room. 

Mitchell Pachta had two first half receiving touchdowns, totaling three receptions for 104 yards, while Ethan Shaw had one incomplete pass all night, 13 of 14 for 251 yards and four touchdowns. 

Aurora advances to the Class B quarterfinals and will travel to Norris next Friday. The Titans won in come-from-behind fashion over Beatrice, 35-27. 

The rest of the Class B quarterfinals include Plattsmouth @ Bennington, Waverly @ Elhorn and Hastings @ GINW.
