Hornet boys earn district runner-up at Kenesaw

Phillip Kreutz was given the baton with the Hornets in third place and needing a huge effort to make the state championships.  The Hornet senior delivered. Kreutz blitzed past the two leaders on his first lap and held true in the final 400 meters to give Giltner a victory in the 3200 relay at the D-6 district meet in Kenesaw May 8.  It was part of a team-wide Giltner effort that qualifie…
