There’s something about sourdough bread that Alicia Hock finds fascinating, as well as delicious. So much so that the Giltner area native launched a home-based business earlier this year which allows her to stay home baking up a recipe with equal parts motherhood, yeast, water and TLC. “I’ve kind of enjoyed baking, though I’ve never really done a lot of it,” said Hock, who now lives  in Cairo…
