Giltner Night Out receives good turnout

Giltner residents gathered Friday to say thank you to their local rural fire and rescue department, as well as spend a night together and enjoy the weather during the first-ever Giltner Community Night Out.
Children buzzed about playing various lawn games while adults chatted warmly within the Giltner Fire Barn over plates of food. A potluck of sorts was served and all kinds of salads, desserts and sides accompanied a hot dog or hamburger meal.
