HPC gets back in win column Saturday

    A delay of several days didn’t help High Plains much on the floor last week. 
    Its game against BDS in the opening round of the CRC tournament was supposed to be played Jan. 23, but a major winter storm that came through last week pushed it all the way to Jan. 27. 
    High Plains coach Greg Wood explained after the game it was a tough situation going in after such a delay, without being able to work out as a team or get any shots up. It had some affect early on, he said.
