DWEE rolls out ONE RED data bank, grant programs

 Program will make cash payments to farmers for sharing field data

The Nebraska Department of Water, Energy, and Environment (DWEE) chose a venue at last month’s Husker Harvest Days near Grand Island to roll out its new ONE RED program, intended to leverage federal funding to strengthen the state’s economy while reducing harmful air pollutant emissions.
