Seven veterans celebrated with Quilts of Valor at county fair

    In its largest ceremony yet this year, the Nimble Thimble Quilt Guild honored seven veterans with their own Quilts of Valor Sunday afternoon at the Hamilton County Fair. The quilts were created by the guild with financial support from the Hamilton Community Foundation and were presented in a ceremony in which each veteran’s service and accomplishments were read out before they were draped in …
