Boat built to promote NE’s 100th birthday finds a home at Plainsman

Among the antique vehicles on display at the Plainsman Museum in Aurora is a blue and goldenrod-colored watercraft bearing the words Nebraska State Navy (NSN) SS Centennial that has a unique place in Nebraska’s history.After reconditioning the vessel, Plainsman Museum communications coordinator Kathryn Larson said the museum thought about giving the watercraft to the Nebraska Admiral Association.“…
