Aurora freshmen spent some time “connecting the dots” last week in terms of what their future might look and what they need to do achieve their goals.
Back for a fifth consecutive year, a popular “Connect the Dots” program provides an early introduction to career possibilities, with local business professionals offering their insight and support.
“We brought in 16 community individuals and they spoke within their area of expertise, as well as university sources to speak on other careers in their areas,” explained guidance counselor Barb Bonifas. “There were over 300 different career possibilities the kids could get information on.”
