Phillips voters approve keno game in village

Voters in the Village of Phillips have said yes to keno gaming in the village by a margin of 86 to 14 percent. In a special mail-only election that concluded Tuesday evening, 93 of the village’s over 260 eligible voters cast their votes on the question, approving the proposal which will lead to the installation a keno kiosk at Winchester’s Saloon.
