    Pastor Rudy Flores has answered the call to serve the Messiah Lutheran Church in Aurora as its new pastor.
    A native of Houston, Flores arrived in Aurora earlier this month with his wife Carol and is looking forward to beginning his first call in the ministry.
    “I am excited about the opportunity to live into my calling in God’s church in a new community with new friends and workers in the Kingdom of God,” Flores said. “This calling to the church has been on my heart for a long time and I look forward to the challenges ahead.”
