Project manager reveals the progress, what is left to do

Body

The Aurora water tower is undergoing some changes thanks to the crews working for Maguire Iron, Inc. Project manager Tyson Rosenboom gave a step-by-step roadmap of where the project is now and where it has left to go.
Work started on July 22, with the ongoing sandblasting of the tower.
Before that, the water tower had to be drained for work inside, with the remaining water being sent out to residents before the work began.
“Before we get there, they’ll use up a bunch of that water,” Rosenboom said. “It’ll go out to the residents and there always is just a little bit less that needs to be drained out of it on the ground, or whatever, but most of the time they’re able to not waste any water.”
Maguire Iron workers then sandblasted the inside and outside of the tower, which was near completed as of Friday.
