Giltner graduation set for Sunday afternoon

The Giltner Class of 2021 will cross the stage and receive a diploma Sunday as the first of area graduation ceremonies. 
Commencement exercises will begin at 2 p.m. in the east high school gym in Giltner.
Supt. Nick Mumm announced there will be 15 graduating seniors in this year’s class. 
The list of Giltner graduates includes Riley Berney, William Fastnacht, Eliana Hogan, Tanner Roth, Lydia Towns, Christina Eastman, Kyle Frederick, Shayla Smith, Sydni Watson, Landyn Ehlers-Davidson, Emma Grantham, Scott Lamb, Seth Thramer, Alice Wiles. 
The senior class motto is: “Before you act, listen. Before you react, think. Before you spend, earn. Before you criticize, wait. Before you pray, forgive. Before you quit, try.” -- William Arthur Ward. 
The class flower is a white rose and its colors are orange, white and platinum.
There are no restrictions on graduation attendance Sunday. Masks are required for everyone who is not sitting in the family sections on the floor. 
There won’t be a traditional reception line, but a card box will be available. Seniors will wear masks while getting ready prior to the ceremony.
