    Leading off the Hamilton County Board of Commissioners meeting Monday was an update from County Clerk Jill DeMers on the upcoming General Election.

    After a decision made by Secretary of State Bob Evnen last week, Nebraska voters (who are not already in an all-mail precinct) will be receiving early ballot request applications Sept. 8-16.
