Hamilton County Board Chairman Rich Nelson provided his fellow commissioners with an update on the status of the 911 interlocal negotiations with Merrick County during their regularly scheduled Monday meeting.
Presenting the draft version of the finalized proposal, Nelson reminded those present that negotiations had originally started with the help of former Commissioner Bobby Parks.
