A new business is quickly gaining momentum in downtown Aurora, helping relocate and train truck drivers from all over the world to drive big rigs here in America.

Village Square celebrates 30 years of history in community

Thirty years ago this month a group of business-minded individuals gathered together with the idea of a collective retail effort in Aurora.  Though three decades have passed, the feeling of Aurora’s “Village Square” has remained very similar, with new momentum and energy reported just this week.

Rotary Club offered update on Casino Resort, Hotel project planned in GI

The Aurora Rotary Club welcomed Fonner Park CEO Chris Kotulak to an April meeting, where Kotulak provided a timely update on the happenings at the racetrack before updating the group on the status of the planned Grand Island Casino Resort & Hotel.

Third generation takes reins at Heritage Bank

A changing of the guard has begun at Heritage Bank. The bank announced this week that its board of directors has appointed Cambell Moyer as chief executive officer and Jacob Arendt as president.

Petersons open gardening, landscaping venture from their rural Aurora home

Kyle and Carrie Peterson opened a new business May 4, debuting Lincoln Creek Family Ventures LLC as a garden and landscaping provider at their home on 1872 East 14 Road.  This project has been a culmination of their interests, hobbies and an adventure for the whole family.

Beck’s Inflatables Rentals continues to expand in Hamilton County

A new business has been inflating and expanding in the town of Marquette.  John and Tessa Beck moved to the town last year, bringing with them a family-run inflatable business that has provided children hours of fun leaping in the backyards of Hamilton County.  “I love kids,” Tessa said.
