A memorial service for Doris J. Sandberg will be held on December 9, 2022, at 11 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in Holdrege, with Rev. Dr. W. Kirwin Stewart Jr. and Chaplain DeWane Dow officiating. A private family inurnment will be held at the Aurora Cemetery, in Aurora, at a later date.

Richard Erlenbusch, age 77, formerly of the Aurora/Hampton area, passed away on Saturday November 12, 2022 in Omaha. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m.  Saturday, November 19 at the Higby-McQuiston Chapel in Aurora.  Pastor Dan Barbey will officiate.

Todd Tobler

Todd Alan Tobler, age 49, of Hastings, passed away October 23, 2022 at Mary Lanning Healthcare in Hastings. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Nov. 19 at 3 p.m. at the Giltner Community Center., 4021 Commercial Ave., in Giltner. Officiant will be Madelene Rose.

Charlean Warren

Charlean Warren, age 91, of Bradshaw, died Tuesday, November 8, 2022 in Henderson. She was born on July 5, 1931 to Jake and Ruth (Jewell) Howell in Yuma, CO. In 1949, she graduated from Otis High School, Otis, CO.

Richard LaBrie

Richard A. LaBrie, 70, of Giltner died Sunday Nov. 6, 2022 at CHI Health St. Francis. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 12, 2022 at the Stockham Community Church. The Reverend Rick Bartek will officiate. Burial will be at 2 p.m.

Michael Fruit

Micheal Scott Fruit, 67, of Central City, formerly of Aurora, passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022 at Azria Health in Central City.  A celebration of life gathering will be held at a later date. Solt-Wagner Funeral Home in Central City is assisting the family.  More details will appear later.

Tanner Davison

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved Tanner.  Born January 2, 2002, he will be greatly missed by all those who treasured him.  Tanner went to be with our Lord on November 4, 2022. A Funeral Service will be held at 6:30 p.m.

Patty A. Jensen, age 84, of Aurora, passed away Friday, November 4, 2022, at Memorial Community Care. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, November 8 at the Aurora United Methodist Church. Rev. Michelle Reed will officiate. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m.

Levi Peters

Levi P. Peters passed away at Legacy Square in Henderson, on November 3, 2022, at the age of 95. Visitation will be held at Metz Mortuary, Henderson, on November 7 from 1-8 p.m. The family will be at the mortuary to greet guests from 7-8 p.m.

Robert ‘The Bear’ Larson, age 87, of Aurora, passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at Westfield Quality Care. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, November 5 at the United Methodist Church in Aurora. Rev. Michelle Reed will officiate. Interment will be in the Aurora Cemetery.
