Elvina Mae (Peters) Janzen, age 90, was born May 9, 1934, and died May 27, 2024 in Henderson. Her parents were Aaron and Helen Peters. She was baptized June 1, 1952 at the Bethesda Mennonite Church. She graduated from Henderson in May 1952. She was married August 12, 1953 to Theodore R.

Robert “Bob” Thomas Solway was born in Aberdeen, Washington on December 22, 1957. He passed away on May 20, 2024, at his son’s home in Harvard. After a courageous battle with cancer, Bob, the beloved son of Miriam Solway and Eli “Jug” Solway, attended high school in Sutton and graduated from Aurora.

Neil Newayne Ruebsamen, 94, of Carterville, Illinois, passed away on January 17, 2024. He was born on June 8, 1929, in Giltner. Neil was a beloved family patriarch, a devout Christian, and a proud veteran. A Celebration of Life and burial will be held at 10:30 a.m.

Richard ‘Dick’ Grosshans, age 90, of Aurora, passed away on Friday, May 17, 2024 at Memorial Community Care.A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 23 at the Presbyterian United Church of Christ in Aurora.  Rev. Penny Schulz will officiate. Inurnment will be in the Aurora Cemetery.

Michael C. Parker Jr.,  47, passed away Friday, May 3, 2024 at a house in South Carolina.Michael (Maze) Parker is the son of Cynthia (McNaulty/Parker) Nielsen and Michael Parker Sr.. He was born in Nürnberg, Germany, Jan. 19, 1977.He grew up and graduated, on the honor row, in Keene, N.H.

Jim Lee Montgomery, 80, of Marquette, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Friday, May 10, 2024. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 15 at All Faiths Funeral Home with Dan Naranjo officiating.  The family is requesting casual dress for the service.

Marty Harding, 78, of Aurora, passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at the Hearthstone in York.Marty’s wishes were to be cremated.   A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Inurnment will be in the Aurora Cemetery.

Gregory Robert Ellyett, 75, of Gainesville, passed away April 27, 2024 in Denton.Greg was born January 1, 1949 at Fort Belvoir, VA to James Ellyett, Jr. and Dorothy Wolfe.  His family moved to Aurora during his childhood and he graduated high school there in 1967.

Arthur "Bud" Ritz

Arthur" Bud" Ritz entered into heaven and was met by Jesus, his Savior and Lord on April 28, 2024 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. He was surrounded by many family members at his earthy home. Bud was born to Erich and Marie (Schwadwerer) Ritz in Sherman County, on September 5, 1932.
