Kodie Barta, age 17 months, of Henderson, passed away Friday, April 4, 2025, at Memorial Hospital in Aurora.The family will hold a Memorial Service at Living Hope Church in Henderson on Monday, April 14 at 10:30 a.m. followed by a luncheon and fellowship. Memorials may be made to the family.

Marilyn Jo Aringdale, age 67, of Aurora, passed away on Friday, April 4, 2025 at Memorial Community Care.Marilyn’s wishes were to be cremated. A private family memorial service will be held in Gering.   No visitation.  Memorials may be made to the family to be designated at a later date.

Linda (Ault) Davis of Memorial Community Care in Aurora passed away March 31, 2025. Linda was born January 3, 1947 and was adopted by Albert and Ila May Ault as an infant.In the early 1970’s she married Mark Davis.

Melvin H. Obermeier, 97, of Grand Island passed away surrounded by his family on March, 30, 2025 at Good Samaritan Society in Grand Island.Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Friday, April 4, 2025 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Grand Island. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m.

Kenneth Regier, age 91, formerly of Aurora, passed away on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at Saunders House in Wahoo.Ken’s wishes were to be cremated. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 7 th at the Higby-McQuiston Chapel in Aurora.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Bernard Heuermann

Bernard Keith Heuermann, 99, of Phillips, went to be with the Lord in his eternal home on Saturday, March 29, 2025, in Grand Island a few short weeks before his 100th birthday.Keith’s family invites the public to a visitation on Wednesday, April 2 from 4-8 p.m. at the Phillips Memorial Hall.
