Fireworks, fun planned in Phillips

The pre-Independence Day celebration at Memorial Hall and neighboring ball field in Phillips comes once again Sunday, with fireworks set to light the night sky at 10 p.m.  Starting at 5 p.m. the celebration kicks off with a flurry of old and new activities.
