Aurora golfers earned more hardware this week though the stakes grow higher now with conference and district meets on the dance card in the coming days.
The Lady Huskies earned a third place finish at the Holdrege Invite Thursday, a venue they will see again Friday for the conference showdown.
“It was a really good day,” coach Rick Bell said of the Holdrege Invite.
Senior Riley Darbro set the pace for Aurora with a sixth place finish, with Emma Young and Emily Pedersen also playing their way onto the medal stand in ninth an 14th, respectively.
