Despite the early 9 a.m. start time, both Aurora and Norris came out of the chutes firing in their Class B opening round matchup Wednesday at Pinnacle Bank Arena. 

The Lady Huskies gave it a run, but were unable to pull the upset on the Titans, falling in three sets 25-21, 25-19, 25-20. With the loss, Aurora was eliminated from the state tournament and ends its season with a 22-13 overall record. 

Kassidy Hudson led Aurora with nine attacks while Jaylee Schuster totaled eight. Cassidy Knust led the team with 22 digs while J. Schuster and Raina Cattau each had 10. Cattau and Kasey Schuster combined for 20 assists in the loss.
