Even with a couple games to play, the COVID Series is already in hand.
With its 8-4 win at Mitchell Field Sunday, the Aurora Cooperative Red team won the Aurora Legion COVID Series over Pinnacle Bank White, now leading the series 4-1 with two games left on the slate.
Both PB White coach Jeremy Burgener and AC Red coach Bodie Moeller described Sunday’s game as “clean baseball.”
