City council hears private EMS proposals

    City Administrator Adam Darbro and members of the Aurora City Council, along with approximately 90 members of the community, heard two proposals from private ambulance companies and had Q&A feedback during a 3-hour public meeting Tuesday night.

    Darbro announced that the council will make a decision on whether to privatize the local ambulance service no sooner than the June 9 council meeting. Watch for detailed coverage on the proposals in the News-Register.
