    A lengthy executive session to discuss “strategy of job assignment negotiations” took up the first two hours of Monday’s Hamilton County Board of Commissioners meeting. No action was taken upon exiting executive session.
    Following this, Hamilton County Sheriff Jeromy McCoy made his presentation to the board on the topic of a personnel change within the 911 dispatch center and an overall update on the jail.
