Reveal planned for Temple Craft Renovation Project

A trio of local entrepreneurs will reveal their vision Saturday to bring an historic structure on the downtown square back to life, sharing the story of how and why the Temple Craft Building was built in 1889 and why they think some of those initial goals are relevant still today.
Julie Wetherington, her son JT and his wife Ashton bought the building on the northwest corner of the square from an Omaha development company in May and have since outlined details of what they are calling the Temple Craft Restoration Project. Step one involved repairing the roof, itself an expensive and time-consuming project, which has now cleared the way to explain the vision and begin raising funds for phase one of a long-term, three-phase venture.
