It is never too early to install a love of reading in a child and the Imagination Library has set out to make sure that all children, regardless of situation, should have access to age-appropriate books.  Through a partnership with the Farr Foundation, the Heartland United Way has made it so that any local child enrolled in the program receives their books at no charge.
