Hampton village board members approved zoning updates and subdivision regulations Monday, adding language to clarify how tiny homes and accessory dwellings will be handled if requests are made in the future.
After a public hearing which drew no comments for or against, Scott Stuhr, the county’s administrative manager, reviewed specific language recommendations based on the board’s input at previous meetings.
“These regulations are living, breathing documents and they can always be amended,” Stuhr advised. “So if you see something starting to happen you will get an application. These regulations can be changed.”
