Back again for another year of scientific frights and scary good times, the Edgerton Explorit Center’s “Spooktacular” opens to the community Sunday from 1-4 p.m.
Hosted at the Center, the Edgerton Spooktacular will host several ongoing activities, such as a new kid-friendly haunted laboratory, mad scientist experiments, spooky sound demonstrations, a Frankenstein electric experience, bounce houses (weather permitting) and access to the Explorit and Discover-It Zones.
“This year we are having a kid-friendly haunted mad scientist lab,” said Edgerton Executive Director Mary Molliconi on this year’s new activities. “We will also be having a ‘Bones Bridge Building Challenge.’ This will be much like our extremely popular Splat Egg Drop Challenge that we do for our Easter Eggstravaganza.”
