Central District transitions into Phase 4 COVID protocol

According to the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, as well as Hamilton County Emergency Manager Kirt Smith, counties in the Central District Health Department have officially transitioned into Phase 4 of reopening as of Monday.
Though the exact date when different health districts have transitioned into Phase 4 has varied across the state, most all seem to include the same changes to the directed health measures. The only county currently still in Phase 3 is Lancaster County (Lincoln area).
