ANR's 2024 Spring Sports Preview is here!

From track to soccer to Aurora's newest spring sport, baseball, this week's ANR has all the information on springtime sports teams at Aurora, Giltner, Hampton and High Plains high schools. You'll find 10 full pages of previews in the Spring Sports Section plus all the results from the first games and meets of the season in our regular sports section.

The fourth time was the charm for the Aurora baseball team, which is set to take Mitchell Field for the first time in 2024 after the 4R school board added baseball as a spring sport for boys last July. The Huskies have 19 players on their inaugural roster made up of multiple players from Aurora’s summer Post 42 American Legion team.
