The highest rank attainable in the Boy Scouts of America is that of Eagle Scout. Since its creation in 1911 only four percent of scouts have earned this rank and joining them will be Colin Kennedy of Troop 28 in Aurora. Kennedy, a junior at Aurora High School, teamed up with Prairie Plains Resource Institute to create 10 stiles and four benches for Gjerloff Prairie as his service project. “They…
