Slipping on the familiar blue jacket gives Sarah Logue a boost of confidence she didn’t expect when she joined FFA as a freshman. The experience has changed her attitude, she admits, as well as her perspective on all things agriculture.
“When I started my FFA career I didn’t realize how much agriculture actually impacted the whole world,” Logue confided. “Through all the contests and classroom learning I’ve done during these past four years it’s really opened my eyes to how much it impacts us.”
As a senior and president of the Hampton chapter now in the final stretch of her high school career, Logue said FFA has been an important part of her Hawk journey.
