As times change and the market shifts, the Husker Harvest Days virtual experience hosted a seminar to show farmers new opportunities to diversify their portfolios in 2021. 
Speaking was Ken Dallmier, president of Clarkson Grain in central Illinois. There he works to develop markets for farmers who are wanting to grow identity-preserved crops or non-GMO corn or soybeans.
Dallmier began his discussion with a picture of a large grain pile. He explained that he wanted people to think beyond just the pile.
