When you’re married over the years you accumulate a lot of things. Recently we discovered one of those “things” can be a lot of keys.  We have six doors in our household that require a key or can be locked. Sounds simple until we discovered we had 19 keys that matched only two of the six doors.

Never, ever leave early

I’ve always taken issue with people who leave sporting events early.  If you’re going to leave a baseball game during the seventh inning stretch or a football game after the third quarter, why did you even bother showing up in the first place? I should really practice what I preach.

It may come as a shock, but I do turn to my dictionary for certain definitions while I am composing a column. I’ appreciate if you didn’t accuse me of fibbing. However, I have come across some amusing definitions not found in Webster’s New World Dictionary thought might draw a smile.
