The Storm wrestling team competed in front of a home crowd for the first time this season last week, hosting a pair of conference schools in a triangular.
East Butler and Cross County/Osceola came to Clarks Jan. 5 for some midweek wrestling. By day’s end, both East Butler and Cross County/Osceola got the best of High Plain in dual action.
HPC began the night against East Butler with Javier Marino picking up a pinfall victory in the first period for High Plains. Allie Burke also won via forfeit with its other three wrestlers losing contested matches.
