Both Aurora and High Plains were in action Friday afternoon at the Platteview Duals tournament.

The Huskies had a solid day on the mats, finishing runner-up in the 16-team event.

Aurora defeated the likes of Shelby-Rising City, Lincoln North Star and Platteview in pool play before defeating Raymond Central to set up a finals appearance against Nebraska City.

In a close one, Nebraska City earned a 44-28 dual victory over the Huskies to round out the afternoon.

Aurora's Trevor Kluck set another milestone in his Husky career, scoring his 150th career victory during the afternoon. Last week, Kluck broke the school's all-time win record.

High Plains was also in action Friday with its five wrestlers in tow. The Storm and Shelby-Rising City tied 24-all in the final dual as HPC won the tiebreaker.
